By far the most unprofessional dispensary I’ve been to. I’ve been to other Xclusive locations, and my experience has always been good. However, today I went in to this location, was treated disrespectfully and dismissively by staff, to the point that during my conversation with the attendant she interrupted and began talking to her coworker about personal issues. While I was still engaging with her. Who manages this place?

Worst dispensary I’ve ever been to ANYWHERE! Absolutely terrible customer service!! The light skinned girl with the greasy black hair was an absolute jerk with zero customer service skills!! She scammed me out of $46 dollars and when I brought it up and showed her, she flipped out and told be too bad, nothing she could do and stormed off to the back. The other lady that came to help was no better! She told me too bad also. DO NOT come to this dispensary, they will screw you over. If I could give negative stars I would!! A joke of a dispensary! STAY AWAY!!

Really great place. Love the staff and very professional. They are always willing to help a customer with any questions and help them find whatever fits their budget. This place is definitely the place to go to for good prices and good quality weed . unlike other dispensaries that will lie to you just to make a sale. They value you here way more

Amazing dispensary. Such nice people, amazing customer service. Love this place. Would honestly recommend over any of the other dispensaries in Colorado. They are always willing to help me out. Came here after I used to go to medicine man and their service just went so far down hill. This is definitely better, better prices, better quality and they treat you like their friend.
