What do I need to buy from Xclusive Cannabis?

A valid government photo ID over the age of 21 is required for recreational use. Medical patients are required to show a Colorado issue medical card and a physician’s note.

Do I need to be a Colorado resident?

No, as long as you have a valid ID and are 21 years of age or older.

Can I buy from Xclusive if I am visiting from another country?

Yes, as long as you are over 21 and have a valid passport.

Can I resell cannabis products that I purchase?

The sale of cannabis is limited to licensed retailers. You cannot resell something you purchased or was homegrown.

Is there a limit on how much I can buy?

Colorado law limits the amount that can be purchased to 1 ounce of Cannabis flower, 8 grams of concentrate, or 800mg of edibles.

Are there any deals or sales available?

It is suggested that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the listed closing time to ensure you have enough time to comfortably shop and finish your transaction without being rushed. You will be required to show a valid government-issued photo identification. Xclusive Cannabis cannot serve customers who do not posses a valid form of photo identification. Xclusive Cannabis reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason deemed a legitimate safety or legal concern. You MUST be 21-years of age or older to purchase, posses, or consume recreational marijuana products in Colorado. It is illegal to take marijuana products purchased in Colorado outside of the state and many of our neighboring states have very strict laws against even simple possession of marijuana products. There may be certain health risks associated with the consumption of marijuana products, especially by women who may be pregnant or who are breastfeeding. Do not drive, operate dangerous machinery, or participate in any activity that may endanger your life while under the influence of marijuana products – doing such could cause you or others serious injury or death. It is illegal to drive under the influence of marijuana in Colorado and many other states. It is a felony to provide marijuana products to persons under the age of 21. Xclusive Cannabis encourages the responsible and lawful use of marijuana.
